Every Meridian project follows the same structured process. You know what’s happening, when, and why — at every phase.
We meet, review your site and goals, and determine feasibility. No cost, no obligation. We tell you what we think before we take your deposit.
We work with your architect or help you engage one. Plans are reviewed until you can see exactly what’s being built.
We build to plan. Weekly progress reports, photo documentation, and open access to the site at any time.
A walk-through punch list, final inspection, and a 1-year workmanship warranty. Done right means done right the first time.
About Meridian
Meridian Custom Homes was founded in 2008 on a single principle: that custom home building should mean exactly that. Custom. Not semi-custom. Not “pick from our floor plans.”
We’ve built homes from 1,800 square feet to over 7,000 — all in the Lincoln metro, all built to spec, all managed by the same team that signed the contract with you. We don’t sub out project management. We don’t pass you off.
Every Meridian home starts with a detailed scope document. Every budget includes contingency and explains what it covers. Every timeline is agreed in writing before a shovel hits the ground.
