Everything it takes to go from a bare lot to a home you live in — handled by one crew, agreed in writing before we begin.

I.

Design or build from your plans

Design-to-build with our team, or build straight from your architect's drawings. Either way, you approve a full set before we order a single board.

Site & foundation

Lot prep, grading, utilities, and a foundation poured to the drawings. The dirty, invisible work that decides whether everything above it holds.

III.

Framing to finish, one crew

The same Meridian crew carries your house from rough framing through trim, paint, and final fixtures — no hand-offs, no finger-pointing.

IV.

Fixed-price contract

Every line priced up front and locked. The number you sign is the number you pay — change orders only when you ask for the change.

V.

Weekly updates & open job site

A written update every week and a site you're welcome to walk. You always know what's done, what's next, and where the schedule stands.

VI.

Final walkthrough + warranty

We walk the finished home together, clear the punch list to zero, and hand you the keys with a written warranty behind every system.

Site, foundation, framing, and finish by one crew. Weekly updates and an open job site keep the whole build in plain view.

Walkthrough

We walk the finished home together, clear the punch list, and hand you the warranty and the keys.
