New Construction.

From bare lot to keys in hand. We'll design-to-build with you or build straight from your architect's plans — either way you get a fixed schedule and a price that holds, not a number that drifts every month.

One crew runs the whole job, so nobody's pointing fingers at a sub when something needs answering. You watch your home go up in the open, and you know what's happening every week.

Additions.

More room without moving. Second stories, in-law suites, kitchen and primary-suite expansions — tied cleanly into the existing structure so the new space reads like it was always there, not bolted on.

We draw the tie-in before we touch a wall, so the roofline, the floors, and the finishes meet the way they should. You keep the home you love and gain the space you need.

Whole-Home Renovation.

Down to the studs and back. Older Lincoln homes brought up to current code, comfort, and finish — new systems behind the walls, a layout that works for how you actually live, all without erasing the character that made you buy the place.

We open it up, show you what's really there, and price the work in full before we commit. No mid-project surprises hiding behind the plaster.
