Project process

How a home addition works, phase by phase.

Phase 01
Discovery

We review your existing home, your goals, and your site. We assess structural feasibility before any money changes hands.

Phase 02
Design

Plans are drawn integrating your existing structure. Material selections are locked before permits are submitted.

Phase 03
Permits

We submit and manage all permit applications. Additions often require structural engineer sign-off, which we coordinate.

Phase 04
Construction

We protect your existing home throughout. Weekly reports document progress. No subcontracted project management.

Phase 05
Completion

Walk-through punch list, final inspection, and 1-year warranty. You won’t be able to find where the addition begins.
