Comprehensive renovations for homes that need more than a coat of paint. Structural, cosmetic, or both — managed with the same precision we bring to new construction.
Project specifications
Renovation scopes vary widely. The specifications below represent our approach to whole-home projects — every scope is documented in writing before demolition begins.
Scope of work
Full photographic and written assessment of existing structure before scope is agreed and signed
Selective or full demolition; hazardous material testing and abatement coordination if needed
Load-bearing wall changes, beam replacement, floor system repairs, and framing modifications per engineer
Complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing replacement or upgrade; all work permitted and inspected
Continuous insulation, air barrier, and vapor management upgraded to current energy code
Drywall, trim, doors, cabinetry, countertops, tile, and flooring to client selections
Plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, and appliances installed per specification
All permit applications, required inspections, and final sign-off managed entirely by Meridian
Project process
We walk the home, document existing conditions, and assess what the renovation requires. We tell you what we find before you commit.
Renovation drawings are finalized. Material and finish selections are locked. A complete scope and budget are signed before demolition begins.
Structural and renovation permits submitted. We coordinate any required engineering sign-off before breaking a single wall.
Demolition through finish installation. Weekly reports with photos. If something unexpected appears in the walls, you hear about it the same day.
Walk-through punch list, final inspections, and 1-year workmanship warranty. We don’t close out until every item on the list is resolved.
